What licenses do the services cover?

Brandtrack has agreements with the majority of collective management societies in the world. The licenses that Brandtrack covers are the necessary for storing and reproducing musical content. If you want to know what the license requirements are in your country, you can contact one of our business advisors.

What’s the difference with Spotify?

Our approach is exclusively for commercial spaces. Our DJs work together with neuro-marketers who analyze the impact of music on the consumer experience in all kinds of businesses. Moreover, platforms like Spotify do not include the licenses required for this use. Finally, Brandtrack allows you to add personalized advertising to playlists.

How long is a typical playlist?

We commit to making playlists that last at least 60 hours each.

How long is the free trial?

The free trial lasts 14 days.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription anytime.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No, you can access the free trial without a credit card.

Will I receive an invoice for the service?

Yes, in all our plans you will receive an invoice for the service provided.

If playback is Offline, how does the music get updated?

Once you finish downloading the playlist for the first time, the music will be played offline. The system will only use the internet to update songs and for monitoring.

How much bandwidth does it consume?

That will depend on the bandwidth available in each store, but if need be, you can set the app so that during times of increased connectivity demand, business operations are the priority.

Does the app interfere with the billing system?

Most of our customers use the Brandtrack App on the same computer which they perform charges. For this reason we have developed a lightweight application that consumes very few resources, so that the performance of the PC is not affected by using the app.
